'Failed' Tiramisushi

Yesterday I tried to make 'Tiramisushi' for the first time. I followed the instructions for the pastry on Dessert First. Instead of mascarpone filling I made a stracciatella filling. I don't know what went wrong but in the end the baked pastry was not 'spongy' enough and as I tried to roll it, the rolls fell apart :( So I decided to spread the filling on the whole pastry and make one big roll. And look, it worked!

Gestern habe ich das erste mal versucht "Tiramisushi" zu machen. Ich habe mich an die Anleitung für den Teig auf Dessert First gehalten. Anstatt einer Mascarponefüllung habe ich eine Stracciatellafüllung gemacht. Ich weiß nicht was schief gegangen ist aber am Ende was der Teig wohl nicht "schwammig" genug und als ich versuchte ihn zu rollen sind die Rollen immer wieder auseinander gefallen :( Also habe ich beschlossen die Füllung auf dem ganzen Teig zu verteilen und eine große Rolle zu machen. Und siehe da, es hat geklappt!
