The best way to say 'thank you' to somebody is to make cookies for him or her. The cookies I show you today are easy to make and they taste very good. All you need is:Der beste Weg jemanden 'Danke' zu sagen, ist Kekse für ihn oder sie zu machen. Die Kekse, die ich euch heute zeige sind leicht zu machen und schmecken wirklich gut. Alles was ihr braucht ist:
375 g butter / Butter
500 g flour / Mehl
200 g sugar / Zucker
4 egg yolks / Eigelb
Preheat the oven to 160° C.
Beat sugar with butter, add the egg yolks and mix it a few minutes. Add the flour and mix it again. Put your mixture into the fridge for ½ hour.
Roll out the mixture and cut out little circles (of course, you don't have to cut out circles, cut out what you want). Put the cookies on baking parchment and let them bake for about 10 - 15 minutes. Let them cool down and decorate them with (colored) icing. Ready!
Ofen vorheizen auf 160°C.
Butter und Zucker schlagen, Eigelb hinzufügen und einige Minuten mixen. Mehl hinzu geben und erneut mixen. Den Teig nun für ½ Stunde in den Kühlschrank stellen.
Anschließend den Teig ausrollen und kleine Kreise ausstechen (natürlich müssen es keine Kreise sein, ihr könnt jede Form verwenden). Die Kekse auf ein Backpapier geben und für ungefähr 10 - 15 Minuten backen. Lasst die Kekse abkühlen und dekoriert sie mit (farbigem) Zuckerguss. Fertig!
