ted the challenge of making Macarons - french luxury-biscuits. I ate them for the first time last summer and they were so tasty. Since then I wanted to make Macarons by myself but I knew this would be a real baking-challenge. I decided to try Aurélie's recipe because everything I cooked and baked with her recipes went fine. So, two friends and me made them spontaneously yesterday aaaand it worked :) I'm so proud of mastering this that I took about 50 photos of them. So don't be shy and make your own Macarons. By the way, they are a very nice present.Ich habe die Herausforderung angenommen Macarons - französiche Luxuskekse - zu machen. Letzten Sommer habe ich sie zum ersten mal gegessen und sie waren so lecker. Seitdem wollte ich unbedingt selbst Macarons machen, aber ich wusste das dies eine richtige Back-Herausforderung war. Ich habe mich dazu entschlossen Aurélies Rezept zu probieren, da alles was ich bis jetzt mit ihren Rezepten gebacken und gekocht habe sehr gut ging. So haben zwei Freundinnen und ich gestern spontan welche gemacht uuuund es hat gaklappt :) ich bin so stolz darauf es gemeistert zu haben, dass ich ungefähr 50 Fotos gemacht habe. Also, seit nicht schüchtern und macht eure eigenen Macarons. Nebenbei gesagt, sie sind auch ein sehr schönes Geschenk.
