More About Denmark

Hej, this will be my last post about my holidays, but there is one thing I have to tell you. One day, we went to a small town where the eldest factory in Denmark which produces sweets is located. It was so indescribable great - I'm not really able to find well-chosen words to express how great it was. Everywhere sweets, lollies, bonbons, ... in every colors and shapes. And the best thing is, you could make your own lolly. I really had to do that (and of course did it) and it was amazing to see how they made the mixture, how they used it, how they made the patterns on the bonbons ... I could write more and more about that but I'll stop here. On the left picture you can see my lolly (raspberry flavour). They showed us how to make heart-shaped lollies and how to make those twisted ones. Hope you like it as much as I do ;)

Hej, das wird mein letzter Post über meinen Urlaub sein, aber es gibt eine Sache, die ich euch erzählen muss. An einem Tag sind wir in eine kleine Stadt gefahren, in welcher die älteste Firma in Dänemark, die Süßigkeiten herstellt, liegt. Es war so unbeschreiblich toll - Ich bin nicht wirklich dazu in der Lage die passenden Worte zu finden, um auszudrücken wie toll es war. Überall Süßigkeiten, Lollies, Bonbons, ... in allen Farben und Formen. Und das Beste ist, dass man seinen eigenen Lutscher herstellen konnte. Ich musste das einfach tun (und habe es natürlich auch getan) und es war unglaublich zu sehen wie sie die Süßigkeitenmasse gemacht haben, wie sie damit gearbeitet haben, wie sie die Muster auf den Bonbons gemacht haben ... ich könnte jetzt noch mehr und mehr darüber schreiben, aber ich denke es reicht. Auf dem Bild links seht ihr meinen Lutscher (Himbeer-Geschmack). Sie haben uns gezeigt, wie man herzförmige und gedrehte Lollies macht. Ich hoffe er gefällt euch so gut, wie er mir gefällt ;)
