Lasst uns mit dem Bloggen weitermachen, und zwar mit einem einfachen Rezept für leckere Lachs-Hefegebäcke. Alles was ihr braucht ist:
- 250 g smoked salmon / Räucherlachs
- 1 onion / Zwiebel
- a bit lime juice / etwas Zitronensaft
- salt and pepper / Salz und Pfeffer
- 1 egg yolk / Eigelb
Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes. Cut the salmon into stripes and add it to the onion-cubes. Mix well and season it with salt, pepper and lime juice. Roll out yeast-dough and form little circles. Spread the salmon-onion-mixture on one each half of a circle. Now spread a bit of the egg yolk on the edges of the circle and fold it up so that you have little 'bags'. Press the edges together with a fork. Preheat the oven to 180°C (while the oven warms up, the pastries can rise). Bake them for about 20 minutes until they are golden.
