Roca Cookies

I made some cookies called 'Roca Cookies' a few days ago. I got the recipe from Cookies and Cups and they were very tasty. I hadn't candy bars, so I took cooking chocolate ... I think it doesn't care wich chocolate you take, maybe you will try it with white chocolate ;)

Vor ein paar Tagen habe ich sogenannte "Roca Cookies" gemacht. Ich habe das Rezept von Cookies and Cups und sie waren wirklich lecker. Ich hatte leider keine Schokoriegel, also habe ich Blockschokolade verwendet ... eigentlich ist es auch egal welche Schokolade man nimmt, vielleicht probiert ihr es mit weißer Schokolade ;)
